1. Where does Appleseed source their products?
We are a dedicated small business committed to sourcing beautiful Australian made products. Some specialty ingredients—such as cacao beans used by Bahen & Co—are sourced internationally but crafted in Australia in their Margaret River chocolate factory. All of our products are handpicked to showcase premium items from Australian companies that are passionate about making quality items.
2. Can I add a personal message to my gift?
Of course! You will be prompted to do so when checking out with your order. If you specify the occasion, we might have a ‘Happy birthday’ or ‘Get well soon’ card to match your need.
3. Can I customise my gift?
YES — and we love creating custom gifts!

4. Where do you deliver / ship to?
We deliver Australia‑wide.
Standard delivery: $20 per box
Express delivery: $30 per box
We also offer local delivery around Melbourne using our own drivers, depending on the suburb.
Fruit hampers are available for local Melbourne delivery only. To check availability for your suburb, email info@appleseedgiftbox.com or call Lisa on 0417 350 310.
5. Can I pick up my order?
Yes — pickup is available by appointment from our Heidelberg Heights location: 90–92 Bell Street, Heidelberg Heights, Melbourne.
We offer same‑day pickup for urgent orders (please call Lisa), next‑day pickup, or scheduled collection on your preferred date.
6. What are the delivery / shipping costs?
Delivery in Australia is a flat rate of $20 per box. Express shipping is $30 per box.
7. Do you ship internationally?
We can arrange international shipping on request. Costs vary depending on destination and parcel weight. We use Australia Post for reliable international delivery with tracking and SMS/email updates. For a quote, please call Lisa on 0417 350 310.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your gift’s journey.
9. What payments do you accept?
We accept:

EFT and BPAY by arrangement
10. What is your return policy?
We honour all obligations under Australian Consumer Law. If your gift arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’re happy to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund (if the item is unavailable).

11. Alcohol clause
You need to be over 18 to order alcohol so keep this in mind when choosing your box.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.
12. Do you offer corporate gifts?
Yes — corporate gifting is one of our specialties. We create bespoke corporate gift boxes tailored to your brand, including custom colours, logos, and product selections. Whether you need client gifts, staff appreciation boxes, or event hampers, we can design something memorable.
